Stay was excellent. Breakfast and one dinner at the Villa were very good. Only minor issue was the extender for the WiFi was not working, which limited the WiFi to only the living room and kitchen area. Still workable.

Hotel Villa Neroli is simply an oasis in Florence, one of the best if not the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. If you’ve ever dreamed of staying in a luxurious villa in Italy, this is the place. The hotel, the grounds, the pool, all first class. The staff was excellence, dedicated to customer service and could not have been better. From the moment we got there, the staff treated us like family, very kind, caring, and accommodating. The staff at the bar was happy to refill our water bottles and this little touch meant so much to us. The included breakfast was delicious, nutritious, and convenient. The bed was very comfortable. I would not want to stay any other place in Florence.
One thing to be aware of is that the Villa Neroli is a more suburban area, a 15-20 minute cab ride into the center of Florence, which is near the train station. It’s not a walk, so factor some cab rides into and back from the historic center of Florence with all of its restaurants and shops. To us, it was well worth the little extra time and money to stay at this gorgeous location.
