「Pls don’t make a reservation this hotel. Wi-fi isn’t working on 2⚪︎⚪︎ floors. I checked in at 15:00-Checked out 10:00. It never worked,It was very disappointed. 予約はしないことをおすすめします。 2⚪︎⚪︎階に泊まりましたが、Wi-Fiはいっさい使えませんでした。15時にチェックイン、10時にチェックアウトしましたがいっさい使えませんでした。レセプションに4回問い合わせしましたが、みんなが使っているから使えないと言ってましたが、1階のフロアに行くと普通に使えました。特にWi-Fiが使えなかったことによるディスカウントやレイトチェックアウトなどのサービスはありませんでした。ただただホテルで時間の無駄を過ごしただけです。2泊予約してましたが減泊して他のホテルに移動しました。」

「Leider ist einiges bei meinem Aufenthalt schiefgelaufen. ABER! Der Service und die Hilfestellungen, um das Ganze in Wohlgefallen aufzulösen, waren perfekt und können nur positiv hervorgehoben werden. Frau Wolff war wirklich das, was man sich immer wünscht. Höflich, zuvorkommend, lösungsorientiert. Perfekt!」

「Veel waar voor je geld. Ruim opgezette kamer met alles erop en eraan. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Verder hadden we een ongelukje met de sofa, dit werd uitstekend opgelost. Verder kregen we bij het uitchecken nog een leuk presentje mee. Echt 5 sterren waardig.」

「Es un lugar muy bien ubicado cerca de la estación central así que para andar en transporte público es una gran opción. El lugar es muy cómodo y privado, las áreas comunes siempre están limpias y en orden así que no hay problema para hacer uso de ellas. El personal muy atento y a disposición. Excelente lugar!
