"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The two ladies who assisted us at checkout were incredibly helpful and attentive. One had been helping us for several minutes, and without being asked, her colleague noticed she needed support and stepped in right away. Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help truly stood out. They took the time to assist us with setting up our flight information and even offered helpful recommendations on places to visit, which we greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, we didn’t get their names, but they were absolutely amazing. This is our fifth hotel in Europe within the past week, as we’ve been traveling across different countries, and this has been our best experience by far. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"I had a fantastic stay at Essential by Dorint in Düsseldorf. The hotel is brand new, having opened just two months ago, and it truly shows. The entire facility is immaculate and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. There’s also an on-site bar and restaurant, both of which served very good food and added great convenience to the stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again. 10/10"

"I only received information in German, and when I finally met one from the staff, also only German.. this is an airport hotel, come on. I couldn’t get breakfast, since apparently I should have booked this in advance, but when I tried to find anyone from the staff on the evening of my arrival, I sinply couldn’t, this within the opening ours. It is a very loud place, not just from the airplanes, but also from the other rooms. I could here my neighbor snoring clearly."

"There was a weird hiccup in getting check-in instructions but Melanie made it up by being ultra responsive! Other than that, very quiet neighborhood and lots of parking at a nearby parking lot if street parking isn't available. Perfect location for our trip visiting family nearby in Verberg and Dusseldorf!"
