「Love it here. Enjoy it never seems to have many kids running around. It’s quiet. Underground parking is nice. Seems couple orientated. Rooms always clean. Soaker tub in suite always a pleasure.」

「It was amazing! I definitely want to go again.」

「The check in-process was less than ideal, there were some issues online validating our cards which led to an off-site check in at a separate hotel (there are no staff on-site). HOWEVER. The saving grace of the experience was our experience with Morgan. She was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure everything got sorted out (including walking back to the hotel on three separate occasions). Give her a raise. The location was incredible and without a doubt the best value...

「First time visiting Banff and without a car. I do wish the hotel provided a shuttle to」
