▻ Late Check-Out – Let us know by the day before, and we’ll do our best to accommodate until 12 PM. To guarantee a late check-out, the following night would need to be booked. Please note, unapproved late check-outs may incur a $50/hour fee, and check-outs at 12 PM or later will be considered an extra night’s stay.

▻ Package Delivery – We cannot guarantee safe or timely receipt of packages sent to the home. For reliability, we recommend using a local pick-up location or requesting doorstep delivery if sending items here.

▻ Third-Party Bookings - We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else.

▻ Cancellation - To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours before check-in. Any cancellations after this window will be charged according to the number of nights stayed.

We were traveling with 2 families and there were 2 master bedrooms on the first floor and the kids all had their own rooms on the second floor! Cheaper than staying in a hotel and we all got to hang out together and have space if we wanted it. It was such a fun way to start our vacation together. And such a beautiful house!! Kids ranged from 16 to 10 years old. So fun!
