「I will never attend to this place again really bad experience a lot of things were broken down to the toilets air conditioners and some of the chairs the customer service was terrible no help with anything and I had to pay additional money after I booked and paid for the rooms I felt I was robbed 」

「It is a very good spot, close to the historic center, the room is decent , clean, hot water which works, wifi, they have water in the lobby and coffee if you need. The staff is the best always friendly and atentive,specially Markus, but all of them are great.I booked for 3 nights originally which I was going to stay but the next day i hear constructions, so had to leave one day earlier and the hotel refunded my last night. Really appreciate what they did. It is a greta place. Would come again....

「We arrived at Coco Hotel to be informed that due to flight cancellations of other guests they were not able accommodate the 3 rooms we booked. Although, not all was lost Shelley was able to find us accommodations at a hotel across the street. 」

「I really enjoyed my stay. The property owners were really kind and gave me suggestions while I was there. I had a clean room, restaurants and beach nearby within walking distance, and several local shops to grab a quick bite. If you are traveling to Sosua using CaribeTours, I would recommend trying to get there before dark, I had a bit of trouble getting a taxi from the bus station to the hotel. 「The menu was the same as last time I stayed, they didn’t have a few parts that the menu had. But it wasn’t bad, I didn’t use the pool, it was only for one night and we got there late and tired, last time we did use it. 」

「The room is clean and the host is eager to provide service. Location wise, it is not close to city center or tourist attractions. There is one restaurant that you can order take out. All in all, it's good value for the money.」
