It is located approximately 20 miles from Malibu Beach, 15 miles from Hollywood and Universal Studio and about 9 mins to Top of Topanga Overlook.

You can also shop and dine at large malls including the Westfield Topanga & The Village and The Commons at Calabasas.

Our pet-friendly villa offers a thoughtful selection of amenities to ensure your stay is relaxing, fun, and fully equipped for both families and remote workers. Whether you’re enjoying a game of billiards, playing a tune on the piano, soaking in the hot tub, lounging in the hammock, or taking a dip in the sparkling saltwater pool, there’s something here for everyone. Cozy up for movie night with our projector, or unwind outdoors in the lush front yard garden — perfect for relaxing or letting little ones play freely.

For families with young children, we provide a dedicated baby room equipped with a crib and high chair, so you can travel light and stress-free.

Remote workers will appreciate the dedicated workspace and high-speed WiFi , ideal for staying connected during your getaway.

Inside, the living room features a spacious, comfortable couch, a 65-inch Smart TV, and a Big Bar Area for entertaining. The kitchen area includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.

• Main Floor: Spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed
• Upstairs:
• Second master bedroom with a queen-sized bed
• Third bedroom with a queen-sized bed
• Fourth bedroom with three twin-sized beds (great for kids or groups)
• Fifth bedroom with a single twin bed and a baby crib

Includes one parking permit for the main guest to park on Costanso Street. Additional vehicles can be parked just a 2-minute walk away on San Luis Avenue.

Other Things to Note:

*Note: The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.

*There is 1 security camera facing the poolside and jacuzzi, 1 in the front yard, and 1 ring camera at the front door. No camera inside the house.

*Jacuzzi heating is optional and guests need to pay an additional $40/day.

*PLEASE NOTE: We have No fence around the pool so it’s imperative you supervise children the entire time.

--Please make sure to return the permit when you checking out, otherwise a $150 penalty fee per permit will be charged/incurred.

--Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 20 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out.
--Our property is shaded by lush, mature trees, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. While the occasional leaf may find its way into the pool, rest assured that our dedicated cleaning service ensures it’s sparkling clean before each guest’s arrival. The saltwater system features a digital control panel that is visible to guests, so you can always see and feel confident about the water’s quality.
