I stayed for two nights. The transportation was convenient and it was just right as a base for sightseeing in Hiroshima. There was also a convenience store nearby, which was convenient. I noticed a smell coming from the shower curtain.

Staff were very kind and found me a non-smoking room after I had mistakenly booked a smoking one! Yes, smoking was still allowed on certain floors of the hotel so there was a bit of a smell throughout. The hotel was conveniently located near the tram that goes to the train station and to the Peace Park in Hiroshima. The included breakfast had many options to choose from. I walked to the hotel from the train station when I first arrived ~22 mins.

Affordable and adequate

This is a perfectly fine, no-frills hotel if you just need a place to lay your head at night affordably. Definitely can't complain for the price! If you're looking for comfort and space, look somewhere else but the room is just fine if you're spending your days exploring all Hiroshima has to offer and only looking to sleep.

Standard cozy Japanese hotel. I liked the level of maintenance and cleanliness, and the general comfort of the accomodations. The bathroom was the smallest of the Chisun properties we stayed at in Hiroshima, Osaka and Tokyo, and does not allow for two people to easily use it at once.

Terrible, not sure is Expedia or Hotel's oversight. Listing puts "air conditioning" but the AC unit is locked to HEAT only. Shouldn't conditioning mean to condition to user's comfort? Staff was apologetic and politely offered fan but that didn't help. Room windows cannot be opened as well. Whole room was stuffy and warm. I left immediately after securing another room elsewhere.
