You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Family, kid and dog friendly, Fenced yard, 3 bed, 3 bath.

This is a “lived in” family home. We have lots of toys, a backyard playhouse with a slide, swings, and a huge trampoline.

Quiet cul-de-sac Street.

The 2 kids rooms have a twin bunk bed each, they share a bathroom with a tub and shower. The master has a king bed with an en suite, with bath and shower combination.

The garage and the downstairs bedroom will be locked with our storage items in them.

Beautifully remodelled main floor with new appliances, flooring, kitchen, and stacked washer and dryer.

Walkable to grocery store, restaurants, hospital, and lots of walking paths and playgrounds. 14 minute drive to six flags / Magic Mountain. When there’s no traffic, it takes about 40 minutes to get to Los Angeles/Santa Monica.
