Ran into an issue upon and the staff resolved it quickly and gracefully. It's not the nicest hotel, but good for short stays and easy access to the freeway. Parking is not free though, so be mindful.

This hotel is very affordable yet offers excellent service. The virtual check-in process was quick and easy, and the room was very spacious. There were complimentary drinks and coffee available in the lobby, which was a nice touch. Parking was only $15 per night, which is very reasonable. The location is also close to Universal Studios, making it very convenient. My children and I enjoyed our stay very much.
