Location was good, the hotel was nice and clean. The reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is that parking was $40/day and shuttle only goes to the airport and not downtown Burlingame.

All of the Staff that we interacted with were all extremely helpful and kind. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable and spacious. Definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

I was in town for a soccer tournament, and although this place doesn't look like much from the outside (it looks like an old hotel, in fact) once you get inside it feels. the same as any Best Western or Marriott or other reliable chain. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean. My only call out is that since the hotel is very close to the airport you constantly hear the planes taking off but overall it was a great stay.
