"Valentine on reception is outstanding. Professional with lots of good advice, making sure your stay is rewarding. One big note of caution....if you are arriving by car, reconsider. The incompetent people who run the parking off site are a disgrace. Their lift is frequently out of service as are their ticketing machines. "It's a budget hell hole. Perfect for a night if you are visiting the zone artisanale, or going to a concert at Le Bikini. Rooms are not small, and it's not made out of cardboard like some budget French hotels. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms clean. But toilets and showers are shared... and the toilet closest to my room was blocked and disgusting. Other, not far away were fine."

"Overall, I found this hotel to be OK but leaning towards mediocricity. Several issues: 1) When checking in, I was greeted by a gentleman who seemed distracted with other things. He could not speak English or Spanish, only French. We had a hard time communicating. 2) When I booked the room, I had asked for a baby crib but none was provided at check-in. I had to ask for it again, but this was problematic due to our communication problems (see point 1). Eventually, through pictures he understood...

"I was able to check in early and the lovely Spanish receptionist was lovely. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe. The breakfast was very nice and the rooftop bar provided lovely reviews.
