「Very nice location, but the rooms need a little updating」

「チェックイン時に３回部屋を移動しました。最初の部屋に行くとキーが反応しなくて入れない、次の部屋に行くとベッドのサイズが予約と違い小さくてダメ、３回目の部屋で落ち着きました。最初の部屋はどう見てもドア側のセンサーが古くて悪そうでしたので、ドア側のセンサーの確認をした方がいいと思います。最初の夜、家族３人でキングサイズベッドで寝ていると、突然ベッドの真ん中が落ちました。ベッドの下を見ると支柱が３本ずれてしまっていました。翌朝部屋を変更してもらい助かりましたが、今回の宿泊でトータル４回も部屋を変更することになり、疲れました。でも、受付の方は親切に対応してくれましたので助かりました。」

「Our stay at the Majestic Resort was everything we hoped for and more! We stayed in a 2-bedroom condo on the 4th floor, and the location was absolutely perfect — just high enough to enjoy incredible Gulf views, but low enough to quickly access the beach and pools without long elevator waits.
