I have been thinking of this review all night, because I have NEVER been treated the way this owner and manager treated our family. There’s so much to say, so here goes. Our first night of when my husband and I laid on the bed, we literally felt as if the bed was going to fall the pieces. It was extremely cheap material, and wasn’t even put together properly. So we slept like crap every night because we were terrified to bed was going to break and us get charged for it. Second, my daughter and her best friend got trapped in the elevator for over two hours. The resort wanted us to wait up to FOUR HOURS, before their tech could get there to get them out, then told us we could call the fire department if we wanted to, like it was no big deal that my children were stuck in an elevator between floors. The fire department had to use the jaws of life to open the door and get them out. It was a horrible experience for all involved. And to top everything off, we had asked to schedule an extra night because we wanted an extra day to clean and relax after dealing with all the crazy stuff. We sent the money to brandy at5:30pm and she texted me letting me know all was good, and even updated the parking pass for us. So we relaxed and had an easy night knowing that we didn’t have to check out the next day. Low and behold Brandi texted us at 10PM! To inform us that someone is else had rented the condo on another site that we had to be out in the morning…I was so blown away! It t was awful!
