"La ubicación se me hizo adecuada ya que es céntrica, está cerca el times square, y a dos cuadras el metro. Hay tiendas de 24 horas muy cerca. La habitación la entregaron limpia y también hacían el aseo cuando lo solicitábamos, agua caliente, el staff muy amables y atentos. Solo el wifi a veces era lento más en la noches supongo porque ya todos llegábamos a esa hora :) "

"In March on a 70 degree we were told that the AC doesn’t work on winter time. Only the summer months. No coffee machine in room. Offered early check in at $50…. Didn’t get the room I paid for. "

"Our room.although ok size... had no view so be aware if thats what you want this might not suit..we knew so were fine about it..the beds are quite soft...we were on 4th floor and had no noise which was good..breakfast is simple but nice...enough to help get going in morning. Tge area its in is perfect for penn station subway..right next to empire state bldg..in koreon town...brilliant place to stay...15 min walk from broadway...we would stay again as was good value. "

"Pros: The common areas, location, and staff were truly lovely. I appreciated the room size and overall space. The shampoo/conditioner/bodywash scents were lovely and the shower water pressure was amazing. Cons: The cord to raise or lower the curtain was missing, so the curtain was down and we couldn’t let natural light into our room. Water leaked from the base of the toilet when it was flushing."

"Room was neat and clean. There is about a 10-minute walk to the shopping area and restaurants in the financial district. "

"Excellent location & staff very helpful. Only drawback was elevators. Early mornings there was only 1 operating in mornings from 6-10:00am. They used other 2 to transport people to 5th floor.(restaurant location.). Had to walk down 12 flights to make my breakfast reservation. Couldn’t get on the one elevator that was available."
