The location is absolutely fantastic. Steps away from the Piccadilly Circus Tube station, tons of restaurants nearby (including Chinatown), and even multiple grocery store options. The Cocoon room was perfect for a solo traveler trying to adjust to the time zone. There was no city noise, despite being in a very busy area. I didn't like that there was an extra fee (£40) to check in early and a fee to hold onto your bags (£15) if you want to explore while waiting for check in time. Also, check out at 10am is a little ridiculous. All the staff that I interacted with were lovely and very helpful when I needed to ask for towels, etc.
