TLDR: * tiny room * thin mattress = stiff bed * breakfast was lackluster * great location to the underground * tons of food options around the hotel Be warned that the room is incredibly small. The shower and toilet are directly across from the bed with maybe a 2-foot space between the two. And they are separated by frosted glass that left nothing to the imagination. The biggest complaint we have is the bed. It was maybe three inches thick and it rested on stiff wooden slats. It felt like we were sleeping on the floor. Incredibly uncomfortable. The saving grace is how close the hotel is to the underground station. Only a 5-8 minute walk. And usually only took 10-15 minutes on the tube to the popular sights. And there are tons of restaurants and pubs around with a variety of options to choose from. Highly recommend Golden Union for fish & chips (it’s just down the road from the hotel). We loved being right in the middle of everything. As for the breakfast… though the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the food left much to be desired. Small Belgian waffles maybe the size of my palm. Croissants were the same size. They had some premade breakfast sandwiches that were a decent size but bland. They had yogurt with the option for various toppings—dried fruits, nuts, muesli. There was some lunch meat and cheese out as well. Not worth the money, in my opinion, when there are other breakfast options around town, including bagel shops near the hotel.

Rooms clean, quiet, comfortable bed, good tv, good ac, good amenities in room and bathroom. Under bed space for luggage. Only share if you are a couple the bathroom offers absolutely no privacy! Great location worth the micro floor space. Friendly helpful staff. We have already booked another stay.

When I checked in I wasn’t asked for any ID or form or proof of who I am. The person just asked my name and said you all set. In my head I was like “that’s not very safe” I asked. Didn’t you need my ID, they were oh yes, they opened it and gave it back to me. I didn’t spend a full night there. But I was giving a room in the 1st floor that facing a back alley or a garage that had a generator which is was super super load, it made it very difficult to even try to have some rest.

This is a very clean, attractively finished hotel and great location. It was also very affordable compared to other hotels in the area. However, I should've paid more attention to the reviews about size of rooms/lack of storage space. It is the smallest room I've ever stayed in. There were only 5 pegs on the wall, and no other place to hang coats, clothes, or wet towels. There are generous shelves in the bathroom which is helpful. The bathroom is not very private -- There's a tiny area between the bed, bathroom and door and the door slides, with big gaps between it ad the walls. the bathroom walls and door are fogged glass, with clear glass at the top, the fog stops low enough you can look into the bathroom. We each had 2 carry-on sized bags and nowhere to put our stuff except the floor next to the bed, and a little nook under the foot of the bed was big enough to fit two of our carry-ons. We had to climb over each other to get to the far side of the bed. For one person on a brief stay this would've been ok. Two people for a full week was very uncomfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the cafe was open 24-7 though we didn't end up eating there. They also let us store our luggage there for the day, before check-in which was really helpful as well.

Now this is luxury hotel and within reasonable pricing. The clealiness is impecable, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is super modern the amenities are amazing and what makes this please the best... its location to EVERYTHING, walking distance to the metro, shops, bars, restaurants very convenient. You would love this hotel hands down the nicest I've stayed when going to London. This was my 7th time in London and I can say hands down I would stay at this hotel again. Note to mention the breakfast is pretty good, its safe... I have nothing but positive things to say.
