Nice and quaint hotel. It was in a good, safe area and not far from Victoria Station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious. Had all the necessities I needed: toiletries, towels, coffee maker etc.

We selected the hotel for location close to Victoria train & bus station. Room was in the basement which wasn’t ideal nor communicated Reasonable value for money budget hotel

Clean, comfortable and easy to walk to the sites

We were only staying 1 night and this was excellent- location was perfect to walk to Buckingham palace, Big Ben and Westminster Abby. We were able to leave luggage while going out an about until our room was ready. Room was clean and comfortable with a double bed and 2 single beds for the kids. Clean, comfortable and the staff was very nice. Perfect for what we needed.

Wonderful stay! Close to Victoria Station making it so convient. Staff and hotel condition is ok. We were travelling with a 7mo old baby so the pack and play and the small room was a bit rough. I would suggest a different hotel with a slightly larger room if needing a pack and play or portable crib.

Convenient small hotel close to the Victoria Bus and train station. Be prepared for stairs as there are no elevators. Staff will help with the bags. Our room, bed bath were clean and comfortable.

the hotel is in a convenient location from the main attractions within walking distance, we were accommodated on the -1st floor in a very small room, but when we asked for another room, they moved us, the only thing that was inconvenient was the stairs with small steps, I almost fell, the rest can be tolerated for the money in this area.

Our stay was good at the hotel. Although the room was not so spacious and the bed was too small for tall folks like us. I will try the bigger room with a bigger bed next time soon. Nevertheless, the environment/area of the hotel looks great and lovely, with easy proximity and easy access for travellers. I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation within London for a staycation or a vacation.

Good location of '29 Hotel'

There is a good location of '29 Hotel' in Victoria (London). It is near Victoria Coach center, train station and tube (Victoria). It is very convenience for you to go another cities. Although the space of room is limited, there is so clean.

Property is conveniently located for access to transportation options, such as Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station. The cleaning staff also does a great job. My main criticism of the property is that there is no elevator. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room

Hotel was great location for Victoria Station, really nice and quite area. Overall room was comfortable and great for putting the head down, small enough but what was needed is there, bed was very comfortable. Outside room could do with paint to freshen up. Breakfast was fine. Lady who checked us in not really friendly, was on the phone arguing with someone left us waiting 20 minutes. Would stay again and I would recommend.

The probably was quiet nice but the rooms were very small. For 3 people the two beds we felt cramped in there. Had some issues with the shower but they fixed it. Our door for some reason wouldnt like right. We had to keep playing with it. But the staff was so nice.
