The owners needs to make sure that their staff is really there to open the door. If you arrive at the property after 6 PM, forget going in. You’ll be sleeping in the front lawn.

Accommodation not existing/not responsive at all
I and another business partner arrived on the day of booking, only then we realised the hotel was no longer operating. I sent a message to the host reminding my arrival time. We called and we sent messages upon arrival. There was no response.
We ended up booking another hotel urgently.
I think they forgot to pull it off the site. This hotel did not offer the accommodation as advertised.

Avoid
Booked for a night but forced to book another by host saying minimum 2 night stay? Most of descriptions don’t match to actual condition: size of the room, soundproof, check-in time, etc. the radiator is not working and the host is hard to get in touch.
