"The stay was great, they allowed us to drop our bags off early which helped a ton. The process was overall very easy. We had one small problem that was resolved very quickly. Room was clean , as was the whole building. Definitely would reccomend."

If you really needed a place just to spend one night and do not care too much about cleanliness as you won't be in the room much. This is an affordable place to book. However, I probably wouldn't recommend it

Probably they need to be under a professional management, they should go for seminars how to treat customers, and how to approach to customers, literally they should sale that business and take off we customers deserved better.

I am very dissappointed. I felt like we should have had some compensation for the problems with the room. To have blood on a towel is a hazard. It is un acceptable. I will be reporting this to the heath department.
