"Getting to the hotel from the airport is lacking in Signage. Forget calling the hotel it gets you in a 800 loop. Shuttle buses aren’t posted or direct number to hotel"

"Replace head boards and foot boards. Remotes didn’t work for the Fan. I had to go downstairs to get batteries for the Roku remote. Nice size spiders came out in the bathroom. Shampoo and body wash pumps did not work. But I would stay again. Little fixes."

Oct 6, 2019Do not stay here. Roaches in room. Disgusting. Unfortunately its a nonrefundable rate, I was thoroughly dissatified and could not sleep at all, waste of money.

Aug 15, 2019We went to have surgery done at the Kaiser hospital so we weren't there for leisure. Harbor City is extremely crowded, the roads are very narrow to drive down. I would not return for any vacationing reasons.
