A warm welcome to this spacious and well-planned cottage with fantastic views and high location on the mountain in the Höglandet area.
Grove entrance: Located on the lower floor. There is plenty of space here to store clothes and equipment before and after a lovely day out. On the lower level there is access to a washing machine and sink. From the main entrance you get to the main cabin via a spiral staircase.
Open floor plan between kitchen and living room for lovely social spaces.
Kitchen/Dining area: In the kitchen you will find a kitchen island with stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. The dining area accommodates 8 people.
Living room: Here there is a wood burning stove, spacious sofa, TV and coffee table.
Bedroom 1: Large double bed for two people with accompanying bedside table and bedside lighting. Here you wake up to the magnificent view of mountains and lake.
Bedroom 2: One bunk bed and one single bed. One bedside table and three bed lights.
Sleeping loft: Via a ladder in the living room you reach the sleeping loft, which holds two mattresses.
Bathroom: There are two bathrooms and a relaxation area with a sauna.
Terrace: The cottage has two large gable terraces, one of which is directly connected to Sauna and Relax. Here you enjoy wonderful days together with your company.
Parking: Available directly outside the cottage.
Electric car charging: Available and included in the rent. Shared with Gäddvägen 17A.
Other: On the lower level there is access to a washing machine and wash basin. The cottage can be booked together with Gäddvägen 17B. From the cottage there is a locked passage to apartment 17B, which is unlocked if the entire cottage is rented by the same party.
