"Unbelievable stay! The home was lovely and had everything you could ask for including a sweet “welcome basket” with pancake mix, jam and chocolate. You have easy access to roadrunner and tempest trails and the hot tub was perfect after the end of a long day skiing. We hope to book again!"

"The condo kitchen and living/bedroom area were clean. There was a dirty bath mat on the bathroom floor, with a clean bath mat draped over the side of the tub.We specifically chose to stay here because of the sauna but were told after we arrived and called to say we couldn’t access the sauna, that it was not available, which was disappointing.The appliances were new, but the refrigerator was making loud noises. The property manager promptly responded to our query, and advised we shut it off for the night so we could sleep (it was VERY loud), and she would send over an appliance repair person in the morning. We turned it off for an hour or so, turned it back on and the noise had stopped. Same thing happened again the next day, so we turned it off and turned it on again later.The property manager was responsive to all our queries, which we appreciated."
