「Beautiful hotel and staff」

「The Arms is a beautiful hotel, well maintained, in great shape, lovely staff and food and a nice room. The ONLY thing I would point out is that the tv channel options were limited and as my wife and I were fresh to the timezone it would have been nice to have some more channel choices when we couldn’t sleep.」

「Lovely setting with some great architecture. Friendly family run hotel but somewhat tired in places. Disappointed by the most bizarre room which had a full size stainless steel kitchen segregating a reasonably nice bedroom from the large but rather odd bathroom (which also housed the wardrobe). Had its own ‘orangery’ and small garden. Loads of blinds to close, some of which were broken and the orangery outer doors had no blinds. 「It was a great stay」

「Clean comfortable room with private bathroom friendly staff fully equipped kitchen Shops only few minutes walk away.」

「Room was lovely and clean and plenty or space. Staff on reception very helpful and nice. Only small downside was it would be good to put in the description that the parking area is tight and it was a bit of a struggle parking a larger car」

Everything is done via text messages and code locks. The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned at all after the previous guests had left. I let the person at the other end of the text messages know, and we were “upgraded” to another room (slightly larger and had a bathtub instead of a shower). This ...

「Very convenient for parents who send their children to hull university. The room very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is okay.」

「Made very welcome and good parking the local buses stop outside which a nice bonus breakfast was excellent」

「部屋がゆったりしていて快適に過ごせました。 個人的にはバスタブがあるのがありがたかったです。」

「Lovely, large, clean room. Safe area with a lot of parking nearby. Reception unmanned most of the time.」

「This is a budget hotel with no reception staff, limited bar opening times and located on a busy main road with much traffic noise.」
