Informed main desk that the room was stale and bathroom sink smelt of drains - not sure anything was done. On last day, our room wasn’t cleaned and had to get fresh towels - prompt response. Novotel York Centre
Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable reception and dining area. Stayed on a one bed suite room which was good for a young family (2 adults, 2 children). Swimming pool recently renovated on 2024 and is a nice addition to the stay.

Absolutely, spotlessly clean apartment!! Great location, and comfy apartment. Only negative I have is, check out could be 11am, 10am is a bit early.

The Riverside York
Excellent location for walking around York seeing the sights. Comfortable bed, lots of space. Very clean. Drains in bathroom very slow. Kitchen well stocked with cooking gear and dishes. Quiet location on the river. Excellent communication with Patrick. Highly recommend for your stay in York.
