"It is actually a nice property but its attitude to guests is off the mark. The check-in instructions are complicated and officious. The door entry system is weird and puts you at the mercy of your phone's battery. They don't let you control the heating and warn against using too much hot water. They would charge you for the air you breath if only they could measure it. It feels like they would be happier if no-one stayed there. Perhaps the place is managed by Basil Fawlty?"

"What we liked the most is the central location. Within blocks of the Shambles, Bettys Cafe, Boots, Marks and Spencer, Jorvik, and more. The instructions for getting keys was a bit off. The lock box instructions are not accurate as to the location. The apartment is on 2 floors with a narrow spiral staircase to get between floors.
