"Place sucks day manger was a complete ass hole we got in on an early flight with 2 teenagers went to the hotel to see if we could leave are luggage there now this was early in the morning night guy said yes it would be fine and would ask house keeping to let us know if we could get in earlier than 4 pm ok cool we leave and go to find some breakfast and walk around hoping we could get in to a room early came back to hotel around 10 am and the day manager was on talked to him about the room and getting in I was informed check in was at 4 pm ok so we think we can set in lobby for awhile we set down kids kick back we are there about 5 minutes and he send hotel security over to tell us we can’t have kids looking like they are sleeping and we needed to leave ok so we leave go walk around some more come back about 1 pm still rude so we try to set outside as to not use the lobby we set down outside and mind you we have been up for about 24 hours now so less then 5 minutes again he sends security over to tell us we can not set outside either and we need to go till check in ok we leave come back at 5 pm finally get in a room we go to sleep as now we have been up for like 30 hours so we get up next morning meet some other people who had come in on that morning flight ok we get coffee and food from the little shop in the lobby we go out and set in the lobby to have our coffee and snacks we set down about 5 minutes here comes security again to tell we cannot eat there and need to leave "

"Was a stop for one night! Shuttle was the only asset great for cruise/ airport. The check-in staff was the most unfriendly we have ever encountered on our travels!! Housekeeping staff was as well! Rooms were not the cleanest, our feet were filthy walking on the floors! There is No where to go in that area without a vehicle but to hotel next door to eat! It is a Very unpleasant feeling when you are made unwelcome! A smile goes along way! We will not return again! We will look elsewhere! "

"B Ocean Resort is a nice, clean hotel in a great location, and overall we had a very enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, and the beach area was clean, well maintained, and easy to enjoy. Amenities like beach chairs were easily accessible, which made our beach days even better. There are a few small areas that could use some improvement. Our room was missing a few basic items upon arrival, and the water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t the best. Nothing that ruined our stay, but a little more attention to those details would make the experience even better. Overall, it was a good stay with great service, a clean property, and a beautiful beach atmosphere. We would definitely consider staying again."
