「The townhome was nice and clean. The views from the balconies were beautiful. We were able to see manatees everyday and even got to see dolphins from the balcony. The property is centrally located where you can get to Tampa , St. Petersburg or Sarasota in relatively good time. There is a public nearby which was convenient. The host Carmen was nice and answered quickly. I would stay here again.」

「We were so looking forward to this stay to celebrate our daughter's graduation from medical school. The owner was accommodating by letting us in 2 hours early, but we didn't realize that meant that the house would not be cleaned (he blamed it on our request to get in earlier).
