We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Please note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Once a thriving port on the Tagus River, the Alcântara neighborhood has become a busy nightlife hub. Trendy crowds converge on the waterfront eateries and clubs in the converted warehouses of Santo Amaro Docks, near the 25 de Abril Bridge. Nearby, funky bars, boutiques, and art spaces occupy the vast LxFactory space. The Orient Museum shows Asian and Portuguese art, and vintage trams can be seen at the Carris Museum.
Many places in Lisbon are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:
- There are multiple Bus stops that service the area ((R. Luís Camões: 73B; 720, 738, 742, 760)
- The nearest Train Station: St. Amaro: (6/7 min walking)
- Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 25 mins drive from the flat.
Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
