"Check in was friendly, helpful, and easy. Room was very clean. A suggestion would be to have instructions on how to run TV. We are older and not savvy with electronics. Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Would stay again if in the area."

"Very nice hotel in a convenient location for a developing suburb. Could have been a bit cleaner. TV out of order upon arrival but quickly addressed although the TV was rehung a little crooked after reset. Shower was a bit weak, normal for all newer properties, but bathroom sink and vanity were very tall. Odd, I'm average height, 5'9" and I had to stand on toes to reach everything. For wife, 4'11", almost unusable. Breakfast was hot and fresh, decent selection, but same both days. Out of state car parked next to mine during the night was found to have 2 people sleeping in it. When reported to staff, no action taken. A decent hotel and I would consider staying again to see if anomalies have been addressed."

"I been staying at this property at least once or twice a month since Christmas Eve of 2025 I have had some issues off and on but nothing that they didn't handle and I have always requested a noon checkout never with any issues nor have I been charged but this last time I stayed I asked for a12p out didn't get a response from the front desk until that Saturday morning at 9:30 ish they told me I could have a 12:30 check out or I could have a 3:00 check out which I know from the past those have never been options and those have never been approved and I just said I just need 12pcheck out like I normally get and they said noon is fine I then asked if I was going to be charged the $20 fee since I did not need to have a check out at 12:30 or at 1:00 no response went to check out nobody was at the front desk I left my keys on the front desk as I was packing up my car and leaving the guy from the front desk was standing outside didn't think anything of it check my bank account today and I was charged $20 for a late check out which they consider 1:00. p.m. I was out of the building before noon out of the room before noon try to call to ask why I was charged cuz I've never been charged in past and I have to leave a message for the manager I like staying here but why am I being charged when I've never been charged before and I am a Wyndham reward member I just didn't book thru Wyndham this time because I was trying to save money"
