「The perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The owners are very hospitable, and friendly. Everything has been thought of to make your stay more enjoyable and trouble free. I stayed in one of the pods, which are just brilliant. Has everything you need. Has heating and a fan if needed. The pods are right on the edge of the well stocked lake. I arrived early evening, but didn't seem to be a problem, and nothing was too much trouble. Made to feel very welcome and invited to explore the grounds...

「Absolutely amazing b & b. I've stayed in many hotels all over the world and this little b&b is up there with some of the best. Ellen's attention to detail is outstanding. Breakfast is cooked to order and is delicious. She couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely be coming again.」

It was good for us as we were passing through. There was off street parking, and we walked over to a nice Italian restaurant just a few minutes away. 」

「The Eastleigh was an easy base for a few days away: two minutes from the pier and beach but tucked far enough up Scarbrough Avenue that you don’t hear arcade noise at night. We rolled in late morning, snagged an on-street space outside and never moved the car again. The room was spotless and practical—ceiling fan for stuffy evenings, mini-fridge with cold water and the check-in took seconds. The Wi-Fi was usable but a bit flaky, dropping in and out, so fine for quick checks but not much more....
