Nice restaurant area although it is best to book for busy times. The decor is a little out dated but they are currently undergoing refurbishment so will look good when finished. All in all a very pleasant hotel. We would definitely stay again."

We paid for carpark and were allowed to leave car the next for a visit of the city. A nice 20 minutes walk along the canal. Host very prompt and polite by text once we had booked. The staff were friendly and helpful - my wife thought she had lost a small bag containing 2 keys and the lady on reception went out of her way to look for them - in the event my wife found them at home. The hotel has an excellent position, close to the castle and the cathedral. "
