First time in a standard room as we normally book one of the hot tub rooms. Very comfortable stay. Was a little noisy with some of the guests making noise way after midnight and running up and down the corridors but other than that an enjoyable stay.

Convenient place to stay if travelling in the area, you WILL need a car. Rooms are clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel does have a tiny bar in reception but nothing else. There is a restaurant (burgers, ribs etc) across the car park and also a petrol station with small convenience store. It is on a very busy main road, so traffic noise is an issue.

Quite the experience when it comes to hotels. Seems stuck in a time warp 20 years ago. Room was clean, bed was OK and the shower was good. Location next to the Lincoln bypass for a quick getaway was probably its most redeeming feature.
