"Room very clean. Heater fan made an annoying noise. I told the front desk, and they said maintenance would look at it when they came in. Never heard from them or saw them. Checked out two days early due to snow storm. Had booked through Hotels.com. Reaching out to the management, they did reimburse 1/2 nights stay."
