"I got the pre-check in emails but when I got there, I couldn’t get the door open. The host didn’t answer my texts. I finally called VRBO and someone helped me get the lockbox open for a key. I think the door and deadbolt are not lined up right. But after an hour, we got in. The heat controls for the mini-splits were hard to figure out. It was 64 degrees in the house and blowing cold air. So maybe some better instructions would be helpful. "

"We were surprised that the only heat in the living area was the gas fireplace, which does not have a fan. We were very cold the first day/night. Then it snowed!! Had to use blankets to keep us a little comfy. Bedrooms have cadet heaters so rooms could be adjusted for warmth. We just dealt with it and did not contact host. Perhaps we should have. Grand boys loved hot tub."

"This was one of the loveliest houses that we have stayed at this far. It was clean, had almost everything you needed, and had personal touches from the host that made everyone feel welcome. Absolutely beautiful house and view. We were able to see seals from the balcony and get to the beach is less than five minutes. The whole family enjoyed the experience. Especially the fire pit. We would absolutely stay here again."
