The room was very clean and staff where very friendly with customers.

The hotel rest room on the main lobby was not clean. Paper on the floor, dirty toilets and sinks. Zoe's Bar had very slow service. It took ten minutes to get seated in the lounge. Another ten minutes for a server to get our order. And a full half an hour to get our cocktails and appetizers. The hotel room in general needs an update. The fixtures in the bathroom are coming away from the wall and sink. The shower has very poor temperature controls. The windows are filthy. The blinds are either up or down. There are no privacy shears which could give added protection from the building across the street. Overall, I felt that this hotel is not up to the standard of other Fairmonts that I have visited in Banff and Toronto,

I really enjoy my stay at Cartier Suite. Very professional staff, fast check-in / check-out. Very clean room. Near all amenities. I will return to Cartier in near future for leasure. I recommend.

The room needs some improvement
