「So comfortable!」

「Property was very clean and check in was simple. I am aware that there was a cannabis event occuring as I was there for it. The event finished at 9:00pm. I was in room 1628 and there was a large party in room 1630 that were up until nearly 3:00am with loud music, banging, and talking loud. I phoned security 3x between 2:00am - 2:45am and each time was assured they were sending someone up "in a minute". To my knowledge, no one came and addressed the loud noise. 「Excellent service」

「We pre-booked this place days ahead but found the fridge & AC turned of upon arrival with 30'C outside. Chair to low for desk, desk blocked by microwave. Chair to low for desk. 1 very dim ceiling light. Barbeque not clean. CO2 reached unhealthily high levels as windows cannot be opened & AC does not supply enough fresh air.」

「Older hotel but clean and well kept. Friendly helpfull staff. Not a walkable location to Ottawas best attractions but close to the hwy.」

「Just too expensive.」
