"I had booked two rooms for a one-night stay, and had entered a request for adjoining rooms. When we arrived, we were told that not only were adjoining rooms not available, but they could not even get us on the same floor in the hotel. The check-in agent came up with a plan to put us in a two-bedroom suite for more than double the price of the two basic rooms, and not wanting to leave the kids alone in Vegas, we took that offer, thinking it would be a fun upgrade. The two-bedroom suite was in a great location, but the carpeting in the room was VERY worn. We also found one of the toilets clogged from before our arrival and tried to call for maintenance at around 1:30 AM, but after two calls over the next 90 minutes and promised that someone was "on the way up now," no one ever showed up to help (we did receive a call at 7 AM asking if we still needed help, but after waiting up so late the night before we were deeply sleeping at that time. I guess the good news was that the suite had 2-1/2 bathrooms, so we had a backup plan! The hotel is in a great location, but we were super-disappointed with the reservations and service during this trip."

Circus Circus Hotel, Casino & Theme Park

"The splash pad is closed Monday-Thuraday. Only one pool was open and it wasn't the nice one. The only pool open was 100% in the sun and the only pool side service was a food truck which sold beer. The Midway was depressing and outdated. There are no circus acts Monday-Thuraday. We did not see a maid, so we reused the same towels. The front desk is no help. Good luck if you stay here."

"During the 4:00pm check in, the registration lobby was flooded with people. I would say 150 ppl. Trying to check in. I was able to check in with the app and that made it much easier and faster. The Paris is a nice place but very pricey for food, drinks, and entertainment . The pool was nice and refreshing."

Mandalay Bay Resort And Casino

"We paid around $25 for the W Mandalay Bay. Is the West tower all by itself and it was phenomenal. The rooms have a separate living room and a room with the beds. Two bathrooms and a huge tub and standing shower. The bed was firm and the sheets were soft. I didn’t think it would be this amazing. It is far always from the noise and most of the families with small children. You do walk a little to get to the pools and the Starbucks is close by(so is the entrance to the shoppes that connect you to the Luxor. I cannot give this place enough praise, parking was $20. If you want to avoid the line you can download the app and pre check, they have a machine at the lobby where you check in and scan your room key. You can go to the main lobby but that’s across the casino. Hope it helps!"
