"The staff was not very accesible. Some parts of the lobby had an awful sewer smell. The A/C worked and the bed was comfortable "

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. There is no mini fridge for personal use. They charge you $50 if you use the one they have in the room with items for sale. No complimentary coffee or tea in the room. The “beach” area with sand seemed like a messy complication for the pool area. One pool was closed for repair. "

"Liked the ambience and lively spirit of the hotel. *i gave 4 star for cleanliness because the window outside had marks so we could not take pictures of the view *I gave 4 star for amenities because we start our day with drinking hot water and since the room did not have coffee maker, had to purchase hot water every day of the stay. *Additionally the virtual assistant did not connect well with hotel services so even though I had a personal concierge it did not feel like it helped"

"The rooms were huge. The price was very very affordable. Cheap actually. The rooms were very clean, however, the tub could have been looked over and wiped down better. I assume that no one had used them in a long time, therefore they were a bit dusty. Other than that, the place was great. I would definitely recommend and I would stay there again. "

"I originally booked a king bed, but upon arrival I was informed none were available and was given a room with two queen beds facing the roof with a bright green light outside. Considering the high rate I paid, the room and overall experience did not meet the expectations for a hotel at this price point. There are other hotels offering better accommodations at more reasonable rates."
