"Clean room, nice anemities, friendly staff, free parking "

"Our room was not fully clean (hair on bathroom floor, water marks on bedside table, etc.) but the staff was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The service at the front desk was excellent and servers and bartenders in each restaurant were fantastic. It was our first visit to the M but we were impressed with the dining options and the more relaxed environment vs. hotels on the strip. We will be back soon!"

"This is an off off the strip casino hotel. I stayed at it sort of by accident for two days and then extended my stay another three days. I found the place to be super clean and fit for me. I think most people would feel the same. The staff were friendly and helpful and the little restaurant was pretty great with a wide selection to choose from. The discounts were numerous with liquor specials and food that were deeply discounted so that you wanted to go back. I liked it and will go back. Thx. "

"The first room we received had blood splatter all over the curtains, air conditioner and the bathroom floor. Absolutely disgusting and just shows how they truly don't put much effort into the cleanliness of the rooms. There was no mini fridge, microwave nor coffee pot. The bed board had lights removed on the upper corners in which the electrical chords were still showing. All in all quite disappointed for a first time experience."

"Everything was fine, but when we were leaving the elevators were not working. We had to carry 2 very large heavy bags each down 22 flights of stairs with many other people going slow. Broke 2 wheels on the luggage.We were running through the airport to catch our flight and nearly missed as they were closing the doors to the plane."
