「宿泊料金を考えたら全般的に凄く良いです。 特に、ここのレストランでの料理は、綺麗な盛り付け、美味しい味付けや豊富な量なのに、凄く格安です。 私は17年間、フィリピンに往き来して各種のレストラン通いをしていますが、同程度のレストランとしては、最高級のレストランとして、推薦します。再度タクロバンを訪れたら、必ずここへ来るつもりです。スタッフのみなさんの心をこめた接待に感謝申し上げます。」

「館内も部屋もとても綺麗で明るく清潔で、快適に過ごせました。シャワールームはやや狭く、ガラスの仕切りはあるのですが扉はないため、トイレまで水浸しになってしまいますが、お湯は温度水量共に申し分なかったです。Wi-Fiも私の部屋は安定して使えました。ホテル内のカフェでの朝食付きで、メニューを選べて美味しかったです。 スタッフの方たちの対応は丁寧で感じが良く、皆親切でした。 ホテルの前の通りに食事をできるお店がたくさんあり、ガイサノマーケットも歩いてすぐなので便利だし人通りもあり安心です。 廊下にタクロバンの写真がたくさん飾ってあり、台風の被害を思い起こさせる写真もありましたが、どれも元気づけられるような写真で素敵でした。 」

「Most things were great. There were some minor maintenance issues and the WiFi in the room was weak. 」

「The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City.」

「Beautiful gardens and location with jungle mountains in the background. There is a pool on the way which will be a real bonus. The host retired Aussie Trevor and wife Jessa really make you feel like you're at home,while Ramil who apart from being a jack of all trades is a fantastic cook and takes care of any requests you may have. Jupiter's is a fun bar to hang out at night and sing a song if your keen.」
