I liked how clean the hotel is. I loved the staff. They were so helpful and polite. I like the breakfast and coffee shop. I loved the coffee shop variety of sweets. I would definitely return to this hotel and definitely recommend it.

Slept wonderful! Property was nice, good area with plenty of shopping options. Traffic is a bit loud but the A/C helps to drown out the sounds of motorbikes. Breakfast was a large portion.

Plenty of public transport in the area, close to nearby shopping, but lacks some amenities. I feel they charge a bit too much and ask for ₽500 cash deposit per night. It’s refundable but it can be quite a bit of money depending on your stay. Even though I booked with a credit card on Expedia, they felt they needed the extra fees. Breakfast is included but there is no difference in meals. They offer two free bottles of water in the room, but won’t replace them when asked or even during turndown service. The traffic is rather loud but the A/C helps drown out the extra noise.

Best thing w as that the room was very clean when I checked in. The bad things were (1) no elevator for the 4 story hotel. (2) Internet was extremely poor and essentially not useable (3) I stayed 2 nights and my room was not cleaned after the first night. I had to go look for towels (4) I woke up after the first night with insect bites on my left outside leg. Several of them. I assume bed bugs. The bed did not have a mattress but instead had a foamy filling in for a mattress.

First impression, we were able to check-in early with extra charge, but not much cost. Love their decoration motives, it's vintage. Second night and mattress pad has been changed, I woke the following day with tick bites on my back. That evening, we transferred to another room and I appreciate that. Since no gym room, I did the exercise in the room without socks or no shoes. I know the floor always dirty. After exercise, my feet was dark and dirty. It seems the floor never clean or mop. The towel holder wasn't sturdy and keeps falling off. Some food was too salty.
