「Okay, so as long as you park within the parking space lines (for fire safety reasons) your stay at the Spindrift Guest House should be a great experience. The honesty bar in the lounge is extremely well-stocked. We did not partake, but the whisky selection according to my husband was excellent. The room is spacious and well-decorated. The bathroom is small and the height of the bath may be a bit tricky for some. No baths are allowed and I found the water temperature on the tepid side when I...

「Perfect place for our trip to Edinburgh! We loved staying in Leith as a way to decompress from our busy city days. The neighborhood was quiet, charming, and beautiful. The hospitality at 3 John’s was exceptional. We would happily stay here again.」

「Whilst this hotel was lovely it says there is car parking it is actually on the street parking if your lucky enough to get a space. It is also opposite a tower çlock that goes off every hour even through the night.」

「Hotel staff allotted me room no:30 which is in 3rd floor and toilet bathroom were on 2nd floor. This was not mentioned at the time of booking. No room slippers were available so I have to wear my shoes for each and every time while using toilet and for bath. 50 pounds deposit was asked to pay. No telephone/ intercom in room and television was not working. Room was very small as compared to what I paid. Amenities zero - no room slippers, no television, no intercom, no refrigerator and no...

「Hotel was under renovation and their was a fault on the fire alarm panel both mornings which didn't make the stay feel all that safe with the major renovations going on. Their was no curtains over the window you could clearly see where the pole was taken out the extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom so the window was constantly open and didn't look like it could close. After the stay I recieved another bill from the hotel which km disputing through hotels.com as I had paid for the room...

「Fantastic welcome from helpful staff. A really comfortable, clean guesthouse with spotless en suite bathrooms and access to a private outdoor courtyard.」

「The location is ideal - easy parking, a short bus ride into the city or walk to Leith. The welcome from Luke was warm and room 9 is pleasant enough. The free snack and a drop of sherry is a lovely touch. Sandaig House just needs a freshen up in the décor department.」
