「Frühstück war super. Zimmer (suite) war sehr gut. Parkplätze zu wenig, ganze 3 Stück für ein Hotel unzureichend. Baustelle genau vor unserem Fenster, die ab 8:00 losging mit baggern, wir waren in der nebensaison da, von daher verständlich. Wäre super wenn das irgendwo erwähnt wäre und sich beim Preis zeigen würde. Hotel und Zimmer sauber und sehr gut」

「The room was warm and the shower was brilliant, Towels were excellent and the coffee was renewed every day.Parking was free as you were staying at the hotel, checkin was flawless but the keycard needed changing every day because it wasnt working.」

「When I booked to stay here I didn't know what I was actually booking since I only needed a room for one night and this was the only option close to the Fort William train station that was left. WOW! I was blown away by it!!! The rooms were amazing! The dinning area and dinner was wonderful. I've already decided that when it comes time for my honeymoon this will be place I want it at.」

「What did we like? Here goes..warm welcome, clear information on breakfast and room details. Although this looks like an old hotel it I assume it has had a lot of money spent on upgrades to retain "Ye Olde" feel to it. Room was not massive but very well decorated with lovely solid sleigh bed. En-suite was very up to date with nice shower and endless hot water. Tiled floor but underfloor heating so not getting back in to bed with ice cold feet after a 3am loo trip. Sockets at bed side tables...

「We have been coming here twice a year for over 20 years so they must be doing something right! Our caravan was, as usual, spotless and Louise couldn't have been more helpful. Already booked for May next year.」

「We loved our stay with our 2 children and dog. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were loads of options for where to eat in walking distance. We parked less than 5 min walk away as there is no specific carpark. The flat we stayed in was super quiet and clean. We had tea/coffee left in the room. Our dog also enjoyed his stay we didnt require the dog bed available as he tends to shred them but it was a nice option to have.」
