Gite in the owners' house. Apartment on 1 level with access by outside staircase leading to the terrace. Living room-kitchen-lounge, free WIFI. 2 bedrooms with private bathroom (shower + washbasin + WC) and large beds (2 single beds 90x200cm / 1 double bed 160x200cm). 1 separate WC. Balcony + terrace. Private car park. Contemporary style chalet located on the edge of the typical hamlet of Praranger. On the hillside on the way to Les Ménuires and Val Thorens resorts. Warm and cozy apartment, benefiting from an East/West exposure and a quality layout. Very neat decoration gives a real "mountain" character. Great comfort and high quality equipment. East facing terrace + West facing balcony. Beautiful unobstructed view of the valley and the massif. Contemporary style chalet located 3.5km from Les Ménuires, the famous Olympic resort and 14km from Val Thorens, the highest resort in Europe at an altitude of 2300m. Ideally located for touring the entire massif by mountain bike (label "Espace VTT/FFC") with nearly 120 routes from 1400m to 2800m in altitude. Numerous sports and well-being activities, varied leisure activities and entertainment, spread over the resorts. Small secondary and wilder valleys, spared from ski lifts, between Tarentaise and Maurienne, with magnificent hikes. The Vallée des Bellevilles in the heart of the 3 Valleys: a diversity of choices between authentic villages, modern mountain resorts and wide open spaces. A perfect destination for sports enthusiasts and families!
