"Lovely stay and came across the stunning Offa cocktail bar inside. Staff very helpful however a couple of points not so enjoyable- shower over the bath was difficult to work it . No hook on back of the bathroom door it hadn’t been replaced just the marking where the old one had been. Didn’t sleep very well as the quilt was very thin it felt like a summer quilt. No extra blankets in room . Central location for everything is great. "

The food in the restaurant was exceptional with something for everyone and breakfast was first class . The room was clean and very comfortable . "Disappointing all round. Room tired and shabby, plus not thoroughly cleaned. Spa showing its age (eg not all pool jets working). 30 min spa massage was actually closer to 20 mins. Emailed final bill included a “optional” service charge that could not be declined I.e not optional. "

"All of the team were very friendly and helpful. There was a young lady who served us breakfast and she was exceptional …. unfortunately we didn’t get her name. The only negative point was the stairs that were narrow in parts and not very wide. We are pensioners and found them difficult to claim. "
