「I had never stayed in a room above a Public House but I was amazed just how good the Staff made me feel. I was escorted to a lovely clean room with excellent facilities. I soon realised that the owners took personal control of guest relations when I requested extra warm bedding, it was delivered to my room by one of the co-owners, in person! 「This is a very good place to stay. I had a twin rooom ensuite with television. There is a communal kitchen/dinner. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a Greek Cafe/Restaurant on site. There is free parking and everything in the town is within walking distance.」

「The hosts are helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable, with a great view, and a private bathroom close by. There was a kettle in the room, with tea, coffee, fresh milk and drinking water. The dining room is quite grand, with another excellent view. We could help ourselves to fruit, juice and yogurt, the bread had just been made, and the cooked part of the breakfast was also excellent. Parking is next to the house, well away from the road. We will be back if we stay in the area again.」

「Nice old historic building with the quirks of charms to go with it. The beds were very comfortable and the room had fans to help with the heat of the summer. Classic style pub attached to the property and a decent sized pub garden to go with it. Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout. I think this was the stand out part of the stay. Had the carvery on one of the night there and have to say it was superb. Would definitely consider stay here if in the area, or going to the Royal Welsh...

「What a lively quaint listed accomodation. We were extremely happy with our rooms, they were clean and spacious. My sister has very arthritic knees, so it was essential it was not a shower in a bath. We both had showers, the only problem, there was a step up to the tray. however this was only a minor problem. a couple od little things, which I spoke about to the staff on leaving.The room itself had all the facilities that you needed, Tea and coffee was in abundunce, TV hairdryer, plenty of power...
