「As a tourist sometimes it’s hard to find out who to trust in Bali where a lot of people try to rip off. The staff in hormony villa are diffinitely ones you can trust and they try to accommodate to you well. I left the key to my house in the hotel and they were very kind enough to deliver it to me on the very day I called them.(so helpful!! Thank you now I am in my bed:))) I highly reccomend this place! One thing, Unfortunately the construction noises were loud... 」

「We stayed at NYUH Gading Hill for 2 nights and wish our stay was longer. Our room was clean, had the required essentials, shower worked well (good water pressure and temperature). We did note some ants in the bathroom on the last day, but this was quite common amongst several places we stayed in Bali so didn't think too much of it. 「部屋自体は値段相応。 朝食も普通においしいし、かわいい看板犬もいるし、プールも綺麗。ゆっくり過ごせました！ 島をみて回りたい人はレンタルバイクがあるといいかも…ご飯など歩いて行くと割とかかるとおもう。 シャワーは固定で水圧が弱いため、しっかり流せてる感がない。 髪が短い人は気にならないかもですが。 あと、枕の匂いが気になりました。バスタオルはいい匂いだったので、枕にバスタオルを被せて寝ました。 ただ、スタッフはみんな親切で良かったです！」

「スタッフは、みんなフレンドリーでした。 部屋は、キレイに清掃してあり、問題ありませんでした。 シャワールームは、上部に大きな空間が空いていて、常に外気が入る状態です。 夜は、シャワールームの電気はつけないようにしておかないと、虫が入ってきます。 シャワーは、長い時間待ってもお湯は出なかったので、朝起きた時にシャワーを浴びるに、水シャワーは寒くて無理でした。 部屋には、ドライヤーや電気ポットはないので、ちょっと不便でした。 部屋でお茶が飲みたいときは、フロントにお願いすると、お湯がもらえます。ただ、小さなコーヒーカップに入れてくれるので、せめて保温ポットがあればうれしいです。 チェックアウト後は、フェリー乗り場までのトランスポートをお願いすると、有料でバイクを出してくれました。」

「Incredible villa and beyond perfect for my family. The staff is helpful and extremely kind. Rosa the manager coordinated activities and rentals and gave us the best of the best! She helped with our snorkeling trip and the rental of a buggy and scooter. Breakfast is ordered a day before if you are wanting it. The location is a little sways from the main strip but it’s perfect because it’s quiet for the family. The beach is about a 6 minute drive. Right around the corner is a local warung that...

「Staff excellent . Clean room daily . Very quiet location , good service all round . Arranged scooters as well for 4 of us at good price.」

「Su Casa was just right for me. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was just what I needed (the aircon was very appreciated), the pool and outdoor area were lovely. I also really appreciated being able to organise my airport/boat transfer all in one go too. My only criticism is that the water pressure in the shower was slightly lacking, but I get the feeling this isn't unusual for the island.」
