Great hotel and service!!! Keep in mind it might be hard to get to because of how narrow the road is but when you get there it is worth it and beautiful!

Loved our stay at Batu Karang. The service and attentiveness was exceptional. The food was amazing, dinner was definitely cuisine. Really felt welcome, such a peaceful atmosphere.

The facility is absolutely beautiful. Walking distance to the treehouse and diamond beach. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I have some foods I cannot eat and staff made sure to ask questions so that both my dinner and breakfast were perfect. The spa was fantastic. We both got massages and really enjoyed the care from all the staff. loved the vibe here and would stay again for sure.

I never expect the places to look just like the advertisements but this one really did. The staff was amazing and friendly. They were always outside sweeping up fallen leaves and making sure the place was tidy. The only thing I didn’t like way that there was no barrier to the shower, but that is very common in the area. The villa had tons of space for two people to stay even if you needed to open your bags to access travel items. The pool was warm and clean every day with very little noise...

If you're going to stay in this area of Bali, this is the place to stay. To be honest, I don't know if it is truly a "5 star" resort as it doesn't come close to the Ritz Carlton-level, but it is a really nice place. The resort is family friendly with all kinds of activities for the kids. Plus, centrally located to good bars / restaurants I think my only real issue was the size / quality of the room for the price point. I've stayed in way larger / nicer rooms for $200 a night. This hotel is situated along a stretch of road where there are the best food and drink options and just a 10 minute walk to the city center where the market is. Great shopping lines the street so it's always a nice stroll otherwise thet will shuttle you for free. The hotel staff is THE FRIENDLIEST we have met in all of Bali. This hotel is amazing!!! Concrete, industrial design combined with Balinese architecture - this sounds crazy, right? But it's not... not in Bisma eight, they did an excellent job with the hotel design, their staff are the friendliest people we met on Bali, hotel is incredibly clean. We stayed in the forest and also garden view rooms - both were spectacular, amazing views from the forest room! I could just lie on the bed all day enjoying the view and its atmosphere. It really is incredible....

Our stay was beyond amazing I celebrated my birthday at Ayung Resort the resort is a gem hidden 15 mins of central UBUD peaceful beautiful resort the resort is 5star hospitality we where only going to stay for 4nights and ended up for 8 nights! The free breakfast is great over looking the jungle the view is magical ! If you want to experience UBUD Ayung resort is a must ! Thank you to all the staff from Damian and Sonia

Service was the best, there were so many excellent personal I couldn’t name them all but thank you to all the staff that attended us. We plan to return. We were upgraded , food was delicious, pool, drinks. Hotel has a amazing theme, it needs some maintenance but would still recommend.

We stayed in 3 different hotels while in Bali here, Hilton in Nusa Dua, and Villa Seminyak Estates and this was by far our favorite place and somewhere we definitely intend to come back to. The property is majestic and the staff are the best. Thank you for an amazing and memorable experience!

The hospitality at maya ubud is unmatched from all previous experiences at other hotels. If staying in ubud, this resort is the place to be. Also, I huge shoutout to one of the workers ganggawir, he was exceptional and made sure everything went well for me and the wife during are stay. He went above and beyond with every little thing when caring for us. Thank you ganggar and maya ubud!
