I cannot recommend Palm Grove Villas enough. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was an enjoyable one, and ensured we had everything we needed at our fingertips. Great 5 night stay at the Palm Grove. We loved the location, close to bars, restaurants and easy walking to Mushroom Bay. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. The room was private, clean and comfortable and the wifi worked well. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat and we found it was never busy so we could easily enjoy a swim and get a sun-chair. The staff were lovely and very helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast each morning, for us there was plenty of choice and all very nice. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in one of the 17 cottages available. It was private with a beautiful 4 poster bed and outdoor bathroom! The only complaint was the breakfast chef didn't cook my hubby's fried eggs completely one morning. Other than that the place is close to Mushroom Bay , many restaurants, spas and grocery shops. A beautiful place to stay! We will be back!

Nice location and lovely layout. Let down by lack of maintenance in rooms and staff. We stayed at 5 hotels during our 3 weeks in Bali and this was the only place we experienced staff who were possibly a little lazy. Could easily be so much better!

Beau et bien situé mais bruyant

Très belles villas, propres et bien situées. La proximité avec chacune des villas et l’épaisseur ridicule des murs fait qu’il y a beaucoup de bruit et de promiscuité. Notre villa était carrément communicante avec une autre… Si le bruit ne vous dérange pas allez y, sinon passez votre chemin

L’hotel est Vraiment à la hauteur au niveau du rapport qualité prix! Le personnel est accueillant souriant et serviable. Les petit bungalow sont propres(il ya de l’eau chaude, ce qui est un plus pour les douches extérieures car les nuit ne sont pas forcément chaudes) La piscine est propre et le petit déjeuner varié ! La plage n’est pas loin, petits restau et épiceries aux alentours !
